Greg Galligan is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and serves as the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Vista Credit BDC Management. Mr. Galligan manages Vista Credit Partner’s direct lending business and is a member of the VCP Investment Committee and a Senior Managing Director at Vista Credit Partners.
Prior to joining Vista Credit Partners in 2022, Mr. Galligan was a Partner at Ares Management for 11 years, where he was responsible for building and leading Ares’ direct lending efforts in the United States. Prior to Ares, Mr. Galligan was a Vice President at DLJ Investment Partners, where he focused on origination, structuring and underwriting leveraged finance transactions. Previously, he held investment positions at Capital Source and Bank of America, as part of their respective Leveraged Finance teams.

David Flannery serves as Vice President of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and is Co-Chief Investment Officer of Vista Credit BDC Management. Mr. Flannery is a member of the VCP Investment Committee and a Senior Managing Director and President at Vista Credit Partners.
Prior to joining Vista Credit Partners in 2018, Mr. Flannery worked at Blackstone’s GSO Capital, where he was a Senior Managing Director, Joint Portfolio Manager of the Capital Solutions Funds, and a member of the Capital Solutions Funds investment committee. Prior to joining GSO in 2016, Mr. Flannery was a Portfolio Manager with Anchorage Capital Group LLC (“Anchorage”), in New York City. His focus was on illiquid credit investing. He was a member of Anchorage’s CLO Investment Committee and Risk Committee. Previously, Mr. Flannery worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (“BAML”) for five years where he held several global group head roles, including Chief Risk Officer of Global Banking & Markets, and Global Head of Leveraged Finance & Capital Markets. Before joining BAML, Mr. Flannery was the Global Head of Leveraged Finance at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on private equity sponsor relationships and transactions. Mr. Flannery began his career at Bankers Trust Company in 1992 in the high yield bond department.

Ken Burke serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Compliance for Vista Credit Partners.
Prior to joining Vista Credit Partners in 2020, Mr. Burke served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG Sixth Street Partners (“TSSP”) as well as Chief Compliance Officer for TSSP’s broker dealer and BDC affiliates. Before his time at TSSP, Mr. Burke was Chief Compliance Officer of a multibillion-dollar long/short equity hedge fund and an associate attorney in the Securities Enforcement practice group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Ken began his career at the SEC where he spent more than seven years in the SEC’s Office of Compliance, Inspections and Examinations. While at the SEC, Ken was seconded to the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York for 18 months to assist with various white collar criminal investigations.

Ross Teune serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and is a Vice President at Vista Credit Partners.
Prior to joining Vista Credit Partners, Mr. Teune served as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for OFS Capital Management, a provider of capital and leveraged finance solutions to U.S. corporations, from October 2021 through April 2023. Prior to his tenure at OFS, Mr. Teune served in various senior finance roles at Golub Capital LLC, including as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Golub Capital BDC, Inc. (Nasdaq: GBDC), Golub Capital’s publicly traded business development company from 2010 to 2021, and previously held various finance roles at Merrill Lynch Capital, Antares Capital and Heller Financial. Mr. Teune began his career at KPMG, LLP where he worked as an auditor for five years.

Brendan Renehan serves as Vice President of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and is a Managing Director at Vista Credit Partners. Before his time with Ares Management, Mr. Renehan was an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance division.

Lauren Dillard is the Chief Financial Officer of Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”). Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Dillard spent over two decades working across the financial services and technology sectors. She most recently served on the Executive Leadership Team at Nasdaq as Executive Vice President of Investment Intelligence, where she was responsible for leading the strategic direction and driving expansion across Nasdaq’s data, index and analytics division. Before her tenure at Nasdaq, Ms. Dillard spent 17 years at The Carlyle Group, serving most recently as Partner and Head of the Investment Solutions unit, overseeing more than $40 billion in assets and 200 professionals across offices in six countries. She also served as a member of Carlyle’s Management Committee and played significant roles on other leadership committees during her tenure at the firm. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Dillard worked in the tax practice at Arthur Andersen.
Ms. Dillard serves as an Independent Director of SL Green Realty, where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. She is also a Lincoln Center Leadership Fellow.

Gwen Reinke is the Chief Compliance Officer and Co-Head of Legal & Compliance of Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”), overseeing the firm’s global regulatory and compliance functions along with oversight of internal firm legal matters, including fund formation and fundraising. Ms. Reinke sits on the board of PowerSchool (NYSE: PWSC), a Vista portfolio company and is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Adviser Association in Washington, D.C.
Prior to Vista, Ms. Reinke served as Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Blum Capital Partners, where she reported to the Firm’s Chairman and had broad responsibility for all legal and regulatory matters, including overseeing the legal aspects of the firm’s investment and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Blum Capital, Ms. Reinke worked for Senator Dianne Feinstein during her initial U.S. Senate campaign and Senate term overseeing the campaign’s financial and administration functions. Ms. Reinke has held additional finance positions, including Director of Finance for Blum Capital, Corporate Controller for USL Capital, Manager of Financial Reporting for Charles Schwab Corporation and started her career in the audit department at Deloitte and Touche.
