Josh Clement

Josh joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023 and serves as C0-Head of Private Credit Compliance.

Prior to Vista, Josh was a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners, where he oversaw and helped launch HPS’s inaugural BDC — HPS Corporate Lending Fund. Prior to HPS, Josh held credit-focused compliance roles at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on regulatory compliance matters for private funds and BDCs.
