Ken Burke serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Vista Credit Strategic Lending and is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Compliance for Vista Credit Partners.

Prior to joining Vista Credit Partners in 2020, Ken served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG Sixth Street Partners (“TSSP”) as well as Chief Compliance Officer for TSSP’s broker dealer and BDC affiliates. Before his time at TSSP, Ken was Chief Compliance Officer of a multibillion-dollar long/short equity hedge fund and an associate attorney in the Securities Enforcement practice group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Ken began his career at the SEC where he spent more than seven years in the SEC’s Office of Compliance, Inspections and Examinations. While at the SEC, Ken was seconded to the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York for 18 months to assist with various white collar criminal investigations.
